• Manage a portfolio of mass, mid-level, and major donors through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and moves management • Develop individualized donor engagement strategies to deepen relationships and increase philanthropic investment • Conduct face-to-face donor visits, virtual meetings, and personalized follow-up • Prepare proposals, cases for support, impact reports, and gift agreements • Identify prospective major donors through research, referrals, and community networking • Create stewardship experiences communicating gratitude and donor impact • Support monthly giving and mass donor programs through engagement and recruitment • Provide clinic tours and facilitate donor ministry experiences • Cultivate relationships with corporations, foundations, civic organizations, and community leaders • Research, prepare, and manage grant proposals and reports • Pursue sponsorships and strategic partnerships • Represent The Source at networking events, ministry fairs, community functions, and speaking engagements • Assist with annual fundraising events, donor receptions, campaigns, and special initiatives • Recruit sponsors, table hosts, volunteers, and community advocates • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Development on fundraising strategies and revenue goals • Participate in prospect strategy meetings and moves management planning • Monitor fundraising performance and report on portfolio activity, pipeline movement, and donor engagement • Maintain accurate donor records and activity documentation in Salesforce • Participate in major annual fundraising events in Houston and Austin • Support cross-department collaboration to advance organizational unity and mission fulfillment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of progressive fundraising, business development, sales, or relationship management experience • Demonstrated success securing significant gifts or investments • Proven success cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors and strategic partners • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Self-motivated with exceptional initiative and follow-through • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality • Ability to build authentic relationships with donors, volunteers, church leaders, business executives, and community stakeholders • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor CRM systems; Salesforce preferred • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for donor meetings and special events • Must be located in the Austin/Houston service areas
