📋 Description

• Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of Veriforce’s business value to prospective customers. • Validate customer concerns, handle questions and secure their business. • Ask probing questions and apply excellent listening skills. • Partner with Inside Sales colleagues and internal partners to understand products, benefits, and enhancements. • Learn and use technology tools to support win rate. • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails. • Close sales and achieve regular quotas. • Maintain and expand the database of prospects and opportunities. • Build the sales pipeline. • Nurture and build customer relationships. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce. • Prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English. • High School diploma. • 1 – 2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred. • Proven track record of success with meeting and exceeding quota. • Consistent record of providing excellent customer service. • Demonstrated knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce is a plus. • High sense of urgency and persistency. • Strongly positive attitude with a mindset for finding solutions and ways to win. • Highly entrepreneurial, success oriented. • Keen inclination to learn new technologies and put them into practice.
