📋 Description

• Provide live, hands-on operational and procedural support for partner streaming products • Monitor system health • Manage incidents • Orchestrate live and VOD streaming media using proprietary software • Support live and on-demand streaming video products through daily processes and procedures • Ensure proper functionality across all platforms as part of a 24/7 Media Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Strong understanding of computers and applications • Exemplary attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations • Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment • Solid computer and technical background, with experience working in digital media and online organizations • Familiarity with streaming and broadcast media, particularly HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) • Ability to troubleshoot efficiently • 1 year of relevant working experience
