📋 Description

• Serve as the primary support contact for the assigned Epic application • Coordinate issues arising during the project for the specific application area • Perform in-depth analysis and data collection of report details and technical issues associated with Epic software • Perform maintenance tasks, including error queues and reviews • Participate in development, execution, and sign-off of system testing • Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations and technical components • Identify system enhancement needs and introduce best-practice options for future workflows and processes • Identify and resolve issues affecting the application area and other application teams • Guide and create workflows, including system design, build, and testing • Analyze technical issues associated with the EHR • Identify and implement requested team changes • Liaise between end-user workflow needs and implementation staff • Communicate regularly with EHR representatives and participate in weekly project team meetings • Work with EHR representatives, the organization’s business community, and end users to ensure the system meets business needs • Participate in training and work with end users • Document troubleshooting and resolutions via the ticketing system • Hold weekly communications with team members regarding deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, and upcoming milestones • Maintain HIPAA compliance • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with HB, Cadence/Prelude • In-depth knowledge of Epic software • EHR certification in the key business area • Knowledge of developing strategic business plans • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and translate customer needs into technical terms • Proven leadership capabilities and a track record of creating and implementing innovative solutions focused on customer service excellence • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, healthcare information systems, and practices • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field required
