📋 Description

• Manage leading brands and exciting start-ups • Drive the strategic and professional development of the entire Digital Marketing function • Initiate innovative projects and take responsibility for their planning and execution • Coordinate the team members involved • Act as a liaison between different departments to bring projects to successful completion • Identify weaknesses and potential through analysis and expertise • Develop ad hoc strategies and solutions to advance projects • Present jointly developed solutions to clients • Visualize the success of initiatives and future opportunities • Communicate directly with colleagues, external partners, and clients • Prepare client meetings using data-driven insights • Develop initiatives together with clients and contribute to strategic annual planning

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or media informatics, with a focus on marketing or digital communications, or an equivalent qualification or professional training • At least two years of substantial hands-on experience in project management, ideally in a Digital Marketing agency or corporate environment • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly • Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented working style • Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing initiatives, strategies, and tools • Strong team player with curiosity and a high level of commitment • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Passion for online marketing and an interest in emerging advertising technologies • Structured and self-reliant approach, even when managing a high workload • Ability to quickly become familiar with new areas of work • Strong hands-on mentality • Willingness to take responsibility and actively help shape the company
