📋 Description

• Connect business objectives, creative vision, AI capabilities, and final delivery into a cohesive creative technology workflow • Transform successful projects into scalable organizational capabilities, reusable frameworks, and repeatable production models • Lead creative production across web, video, motion graphics, publications, and interactive media • Integrate AI-enabled tools into creative production where appropriate • Develop and maintain AI-enabled workflows for content creation, review, personalization, and delivery • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate creative, technical, security, and business requirements into production solutions • Establish standards, documentation, and governance practices for consistent and responsible use of AI-enabled creative tools • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to creative operations, production quality, and speed to market

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting creative production across web, video, motion graphics, publications, or interactive media • Experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, automation, agent-based systems, or production processes • Ability to create reusable frameworks, templates, documentation, and standards for consistent creative delivery • Familiarity with AI-assisted content production, web and CMS frameworks, video and creative production pipelines, and knowledge or asset libraries • Ability to collaborate with AI, IT, Security, Legal, Data, and business stakeholders • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance • U.S. Citizenship required to comply with government contract, agency, or Federal Government requirements • Preferred: experience establishing or supporting a Creative-AI operating model • Preferred: experience building reusable libraries of agents, workflows, integrations, or creative production assets • Preferred: experience launching personalized client narratives, pilots, or similar AI-enabled personalization initiatives • Preferred: experience integrating AI into Adobe, WordPress, PowerPoint, or related creative production platforms • Preferred: experience implementing governance, quality standards, or review processes for AI-enabled creative solutions • Preferred: experience scaling proven creative capabilities, workflows, or tools across an organization
