📋 Description

• Manage a team of around 10 consultants and trainers delivering SurePrep implementations and training • Oversee day-to-day delivery, coaching, and performance development • Own the quality and consistency of implementation, consulting, and training engagements • Improve the tools and working practices used to deliver engagements profitably • Represent Professional Services in discussions with SurePrep product, technology, and sales teams • Ensure product decisions reflect implementation needs and customer outcomes • Partner with blended learning and enablement teams to build and maintain workshop and training content • Manage team capacity, utilization, and project assignments across concurrent engagements • Co-create Professional Services strategic initiatives with senior leadership • Hire and onboard new staff

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of combined experience in professional services and public accounting • Hands-on preparation or review of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns • Experience overseeing, training, and coaching staff • Deep, hands-on SurePrep product knowledge, including 1040SCAN, TaxCaddy, and Ready to Review • Working command of SurePrep implementation and support processes • Understanding of how the SurePrep suite integrates with related Thomson Reuters tax and accounting products • Experience delivering SurePrep implementations and product training directly to tax and accounting firm customers through one-on-one, webinar, and workshop formats • Experience managing customer relationships through onboarding, adoption, and expansion • Experience representing team and customer perspectives in cross-product discussions with SurePrep product and technology partners • Experience testing and providing feedback on new functionality • Experience developing SurePrep workshop content, training materials, and internal resources • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and/or equivalent experience • Excellent communication skills • Ability to achieve objectives by collaborating with peers, stakeholders, and executive leadership
