📋 Description

• Turn the marketing AI strategy into production capability • Own the design, build, versioning, and governance of AI skills and agents powering end-to-end marketing workflows • Lead and grow a team of AI engineers while building hands-on and setting technical standards • Convert prioritized AI use cases into measurable capabilities against committed timelines and quality standards • Coordinate engineering and data science dependencies, interfaces, sequencing, and accountability • Deliver complete workflows from brief through finished, channel-ready output • Build reusable legal, privacy, accessibility, and content-integrity compliance checks • Establish engineering governance, ownership, versioning, reviews, quality monitoring, cost controls, and autonomous-use guardrails • Engineer portable solutions and avoid platform lock-in • Measure pipeline contribution, hours redeployed, time-to-insight, adoption, and quality • Partner with enterprise engineering, IT, and commercial and revenue operations to integrate marketing AI with wider technology and commercial architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience architecting and shipping production AI applications • Experience with agentic workflows, skill and context engineering, orchestration, retrieval, and tool and API integration • Strong foundation in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or software engineering • Experience with data pipelines, modern data platforms and warehouses, scale, quality, and governance • Track record of building a capability or platform from scratch and scaling it to sustained usage • Experience leading engineers as a hands-on builder-leader and setting technical direction • Ability to deliver through influence and partnership across teams not directly owned • Sound judgment on quality, risk, and governance in production AI • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience in marketing, growth, commercial, or go-to-market contexts, or building tooling adopted by those functions • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, web and content platforms, BI, and data-transformation tooling • Data science experience such as propensity, attribution, or segmentation modeling • Experience in regulated or high-accuracy industries such as legal, tax, financial services, or healthcare • Record of shipping AI or automation capability adopted at scale
