📋 Description

• Own the design, build, versioning, maintenance, and governance of AI skills and agents powering end-to-end marketing workflows • Lead and grow a team of AI engineers while remaining hands-on and setting the technical bar • Convert the prioritized AI use-case portfolio into shipped, measurable capabilities against timelines and quality standards • Coordinate engineering and data science dependencies, interfaces, sequencing, and accountability • Deliver complete workflows from brief through content to channel-ready output • Build reusable legal, privacy, accessibility, and content-integrity compliance checks • Establish engineering governance, including ownership, versioning, reviews, quality monitoring, cost control, and autonomous-use guardrails • Engineer for portability and avoid platform lock-in • Measure pipeline contribution, hours redeployed, time-to-insight, adoption, and quality • Partner with enterprise engineering, IT, commercial, and revenue operations to integrate marketing AI with broader technology and commercial architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience architecting and shipping production AI applications, including agentic workflows, skill and context engineering, orchestration, retrieval, and tool and API integration • Strong technical foundation in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or software engineering • Experience with data pipelines, modern data platforms and warehouses, scale, quality, and governance • Track record of building a capability or platform from scratch and scaling it to sustained usage • Experience leading engineers as a hands-on builder-leader and setting technical direction • Proven ability to deliver through influence and partnership across Teams not owned by the candidate • Sound judgment on quality, risk, and governance in production AI • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience in marketing, growth, commercial, or go-to-market contexts, or building tooling adopted by those functions • Preferred: familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, web and content platforms, BI and data-transformation tooling • Preferred: data science experience such as propensity, attribution, or segmentation modeling • Preferred: experience in regulated or high-accuracy industries • Preferred: record of shipping AI or automation capability adopted at scale
