📋 Description

• Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions • Design and develop Workday Extend applications following established best practices • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Extend • Stay current with Workday's Extend roadmap and future product direction • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions • Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical design

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend development experience • Experience with Workday SOAP and REST APIs • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and experience building or working alongside AI agents • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reporting • Solid understanding of the Workday Business Process framework and Security Model • Working knowledge of Workday HCM and/or Workday FINs • Prior consulting experience with a track record of client-facing engagement • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging clients and stakeholders directly • Ability to listen to business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
