📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through payroll systems implementation and optimization. • Configure payroll solutions to meet defined business requirements. • Partner with data conversion teams to ensure accurate migration of payroll data. • Assist with testing and validation of payroll configurations. • Serve as a payroll subject matter expert, advising on configuration and process decisions. • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Workday Payroll implementation, consulting, or systems configuration with a strong focus on payroll solutions. • Experience supporting Healthcare or Nonprofit customers • Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective payroll configurations. • Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment. • Workday Payroll certification. • Strong functional knowledge of payroll operations and payroll system logic, including calculations, tax rules, deductions, and reporting.
