📋 Description

• Own growth on assigned accounts by identifying additional-work opportunities, pitching ideas, and leading scoping and sales efforts • Cultivate durable, trusting client relationships and navigate challenging conversations • Build and manage project plans and budgets for engagements ranging from quick-turnaround work to large-scale, multi-year website projects and creative services retainers • Deliver projects on time and on budget • Manage multiple concurrent projects across several accounts and prioritize time-sensitive work • Support business development through scoping, scheduling, budgeting proposals, and pitches • Assemble teams, gather estimates, and develop approaches for novel projects • Lead cross-functional teams including Creative Directors, Strategists, User Experience specialists, Designers, and Developers • Facilitate collaborative discussions and help teams arrive at solutions • Help teammates problem-solve and communicate their work to clients

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role, producing and/or creating strategic digital solutions • Strong knowledge of client service, the creative process, and web development technologies • Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts, with specific examples • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work through ambiguity • Experience working in a digital or creative agency • Experience working with development teams on CMS implementation, requirements definition, and other technical interactions • Experience with WordPress and Drupal • Experience with nonprofit, foundation, cultural, or government clients is a plus • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
