📋 Description

• Support the operations organization, including fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics • Own financial reporting and analysis for operational cost structures • Support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analyses for operations and senior leadership • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting fulfillment, labor, freight, and warehousing costs • Analyze throughput, cost per unit, labor efficiency, inventory turns, and days of supply KPIs • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to analyze cost drivers and process performance at aggregate and facility/SKU levels • Model the financial impact of process changes and capex/opex tradeoffs • Lead ongoing tracking of initiative performance • Contribute to strategic projects focused on cost optimization and operational efficiency • Participate in annual planning, monthly business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex financial modeling • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets to draw actionable insights • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Employment with Thrive Market requires that employees be based in the United States throughout employment • Quarterly travel to fulfillment centers • Experience with SQL or BI tools (Domo, Tableau, etc.) strongly preferred • Experience with ERP/planning/forecasting/reporting tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.) strongly preferred • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or CPG is a plus
