📋 Description

• Manage financial analysis and reporting • Perform a major role in financial analytics and/or financial statement preparation • Review technical financial areas • Review, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of financial and statistical reports for management presentation • Manage staffing activities including recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation determination • Conduct special financial studies and projections • Develop recommendations for financial decision-making • Design, develop, and modify financial models using appropriate databases • Manage assigned special projects, including research, forecasting, and evaluation of viable alternatives • Present proactive ideas to create operational efficiencies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education • Five years’ experience and demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility • Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Ability to perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Ability to use vision and depth perception for near and far distances and identify and distinguish colors • Ability to use hearing and speech for oral communication and hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to perform occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping • Ability to perform occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Ability to climb occasionally/rarely • No professional license or certification required
