📋 Description

• Measure occupancy, leasing, renewals, resident satisfaction, marketing effectiveness and operational performance • Identify patterns, performance shortcomings and improvement opportunities • Prepare management reports, dashboards and analytical summaries • Analyze lease and occupancy data to understand neighborhood performance drivers • Evaluate marketing and lead-generation performance • Review resident feedback and engagement data • Evaluate property-management KPIs including pricing, leasing activity and renewal rates • Monitor community performance and operational trends • Conduct ad hoc analysis for commercial and operational concerns • Simplify complex data for non-technical audiences • Support property performance and resident-experience initiatives • Determine the effect of procedural, marketing, leasing and operational changes • Help leadership define performance criteria and KPIs • Maintain analysis documentation and reporting • Partner with Property Managers, Regional teams, Marketing, Leasing, Finance and Senior Leadership • Improve reporting, data integrity and analytics processes • Monitor results of operational enhancements • Use company and resident data in compliance with privacy and security standards • Work individually and with property and business organizations • Attend online meetings and presentations • Protect confidential corporate, resident, financial and property information • Meet deadlines and reporting timescales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance or Marketing or equivalent experience accepted • Experience in business analytics, operational analytics, product insights, property analytics or similar analytical functions • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills • Qualitative and quantitative skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to communicate analytic results clearly to non-technical audiences • Ability to juggle several assignments and work under pressure • Ability to operate independently and on a geographically dispersed team • Experience with multifamily housing, property management, real estate or hospitality is a bonus • Experience analyzing occupancy, lease, renewal, resident or property-level performance • Experience with BI systems or data presentation • SQL or other data querying skills • Experience with CRM, property management, leasing or marketing software • Experience with executive dashboards and performance reporting • Experience with A/B testing, forecasting methodologies, benchmarking or optimization • Comply with technology, security, privacy and workplace standards
