📋 Description

• Build creative technical solutions to tackle complex business problems • Assist with application development, including AI, HTML, JavaScript, data design, and analytics • Work within diverse teams to deliver solutions using Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies • Apply planning, analysis, detailed design, coding, and testing knowledge across various platforms • Learn and apply Thrivent’s software development and deployment processes and standards • Perform day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of software assets under direct supervision of an employee partner/mentor • Participate in a 12-week summer internship providing exposure to multiple business areas within Thrivent, a Fortune 500 financial services organization

🎯 Requirements

• Current Junior (Dec. 2027 through May 2028 graduation date) in an undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, or MIS • Proven history of excellent academic performance (GPA 3.0+) • Disciplined, with strong personal management and organization skills • High technical aptitude • Strong problem identification and analytical skills • Well-developed written and oral communication skills • Proven teammate with high technical capability • Open to intern full-time during normal business hours • Ability to work in the United States for indefinite period without sponsorship • Must live within the United States during the duration of the internship
