📋 Description

• Manage creative projects end-to-end from intake through delivery • Partner with a Creative Account Manager to develop actionable project plans and maintain alignment on priorities, timing, and scope • Coordinate day-to-day activities across designers, writers, and content creators • Build and manage schedules, track milestones, and communicate status, risks, and updates • Collaborate with production and vendor partners on estimates, deliverables, and final asset delivery • Ensure creative output meets brand, compliance, and quality standards before release • Improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance creative team efficiency • Interact with Creative Account Managers and marketing and business teams on production review work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business administration or related experience • 3–8 years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or agency environment • Strong understanding of project management methodologies • Experience with project management tools, Monday.com preferred or similar • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Understanding of creative and production processes across digital, print, video, social, and other channels • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills • Experience managing project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple stakeholders • Experience within financial services, purpose-driven, or values-based organizations preferred • Understanding of creative performance metrics preferred • Understanding of brand and compliance review processes within regulated industries preferred • Certification or formal training in project management, such as PMP or Agile, preferred
