📋 Description

• Act as a change champion driving adoption of Thrivent’s Product Operating Model • Support leadership with financial, capacity, and asset management • Partner with Product teams, DD&T, Finance, and Human Resources to clarify capacity constraints • Develop reporting to help leaders understand progress against capacity constraints • Maintain financial data and provide visibility into product and portfolio investments • Provide financial data to help leaders understand portfolio risks and opportunities • Apply expert knowledge of product- and portfolio-level financial management • Build leadership-appropriate views and reporting for decision-making, including for CIO-level leaders • Recommend areas for investment or constraint to optimize value realization • Support planning and portfolio governance routines • Partner with Finance on financial forecasting and long-range financial planning • Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce complexity • Partner with product coaches and portfolio leaders to mature portfolio practices • Provide guidance, support, and data for decision-making at all governance levels • Serve as a key partner to Product Portfolio leadership on capacity and asset management • Operate effectively in a matrix environment and influence upwards and outwards • Collaborate with VPs, Directors, Managers, Finance, Human Resources, Product Coaches, and Agile Coaches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related field • Experience working in a product operating model • Investment/Financial Management experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel • Experience communicating between technology, finance, and HR leaders • Ability to handle ambiguity and lead change • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and improve • Customer focus and strong sense of urgency • Teamwork and collaboration • Ability to communicate clearly with executive-level leadership • Critical thinking • Continuous improvement mindset • Self-starter who thrives in an ambitious environment • Executive-level influencing ability • Demonstrates courage
