📋 Description

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients • Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care • Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children • Help clients achieve measurable progress • Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing • Collaborate within a clinical community • Participate in clinical supervision and monthly case consultations

🎯 Requirements

• Provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Virginia Licensure as an LPC in Virginia • Approved by the board as a Resident in Counseling • Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Virginia • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred) • Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly • Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children • Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress • Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools • Good teammate and positive contributor • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
