📋 Description

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients • Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care • Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children • Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing • Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly • Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations • Collaborate within a clinical community • Use telehealth and EHR tools • Focus on client care while Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Pennsylvania Licensure as an LPC in Pennsylvania • Approved by the board as a LAPC • Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Pennsylvania • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program • Must meet all PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor is preferred • Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly • Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children • Ability to help clients achieve measurable progress • Comfortable working with telehealth and EHR tools • Ability to work as a W2 employee • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
