📋 Description

• Evaluate, counsel, treat, and manage patients through telehealth across areas such as contraceptive counseling, menopause assessment, fertility assessment, and STI consultation • Recognize and address related medical, behavioral health, and preventive care needs • Partner with other healthcare providers for seamless continuity of care

🎯 Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current national board certification • Active California license and DEA registration required • At least two years of independent outpatient clinical experience • Demonstrated experience independently evaluating and managing gynecologic, reproductive health, and sexual health concerns • Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care • Ability to provide high-quality telehealth care
