📋 Description

• Complete order screening accurately and promptly • Identify valid or fraudulent transactions • Contact customers by telephone to verify purchases, including regular inbound and outbound interaction • Identify and communicate potential fraud-process improvements • Identify fraud patterns and communicate them across the team and to management • Monitor voicemail, email, messages, and related information for support inquiries • Maintain effective working relationships across internal and external departments • Review customer transactions and fraud claims initiated by customers or financial institutions • Perform address verification using internal and third-party tools • Review and analyze information and reports to identify and address potential credit-card fraud and other business-impacting issues

🎯 Requirements

• At least two or more years of full-time work experience • Preferably at least one year of experience in a customer service or call center role • Experience in ecommerce, online payments, credit card processing, fraud screening, law enforcement, or online investigations is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Typing ability and professional telephone manner • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills • Extremely proactive and naturally inquisitive • Ability to understand multiple systems and processes • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while managing stress and meeting deadlines • Ability to work independently with little supervision • Reliable, punctual, and outstanding attendance • Open availability for a 5-day workweek including Saturday and/or Sunday and holidays; shifts may change due to business needs • High school or equivalent needed
