• Drive growth and oversee performance of seed treatment sales. • Cultivate long-term relationships with strategic partners across agricultural seed manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. • Manage product lines, pricing/programs, and promotions. • Identify new business opportunities and promote seed treatment products and services. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services. • Provide regular reports and feedback on account activity, including sales forecasts and customer feedback. • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.
• 15+ years of sales and/or management experience in the agricultural industry, primarily focusing on seed and/or seed treatment products and services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with excellent forecasting and pipeline management skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within assigned territory. • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business administration, marketing, or related.
