📋 Description

• Drive growth for the Insurance business unit through hyperscaler and data platform partnerships and alliances • Form long-term relationships within the partner ecosystem • Identify net-new opportunities within existing client relationships through the partner ecosystem • Translate client problems into solutions in collaboration with partner teams and internal Tiger teams • Drive Insurance capabilities across service lines with Partnership and Sales teams • Identify new AI/ML business opportunities and expand client relationships • Drive market growth through strategic proposals and value propositions • Lead the design and deployment of scalable, enterprise-level data science and AI/ML solutions • Mentor technical teams • Define and execute data science roadmaps aligned with business objectives, client needs, and emerging technologies • Translate business requirements into actionable solutions • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively • Drive continuous improvement in data science practices • Integrate emerging AI/ML technologies into service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of Data & AI consulting and/or tech solutioning experience, preferably in BFSI and/or Healthcare • Direct client-facing experience strongly preferred • Proven leadership experience in the AI/ML services industry • Strong track record of driving business development and growth • Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level data science solutions • 5+ years of experience driving partner ecosystem growth • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP, and other Data & AI specialist partners/platforms • In-depth understanding of product, technology, and go-to-market • Long-term relationship-building and nurturing skills • Strong storytelling and communication skills
