• Promote and sell premium, high-ticket personal and leadership development programs • Connect with and build relationships with prospective clients • Understand prospects' goals and present relevant programs • Answer questions and support qualified prospects through the enrollment process • Follow up with qualified prospects and manage professional relationships • Utilize digital and social media platforms professionally • Follow established systems and processes • Manage independent business activities • Continue developing sales, communication, and leadership skills • Use digital communication, marketing resources, training, and established systems to develop and manage an independent business

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently • Strong communicators and relationship builders • Comfortable discussing and selling premium programs • Open to learning sales, marketing, and business development • Interested in personal growth and leadership • Comfortable using digital platforms and online communication • Willing to invest time, effort, and resources into developing their business • Ready to move beyond the traditional 9-to-5 career structure • Experience in sales, leadership, management, consulting, coaching, marketing, education, customer relations, entrepreneurship, or professional services is helpful, but not required • This is an independent contractor/self-employment role • Individuals are responsible for their own business expenses and results
