📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain centralized corporate dashboards reporting business-wide KPIs to the Senior Management Team • Partner with team leads across Support, Sales, PMO, Product Management, Finance, and Strategic Enablement • Understand operational requirements, gather analytical needs, and deliver tailored data insights • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines, models, and architecture integrating disparate internal systems • Analyze performance data to identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and efficiency gains • Present data-backed business recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Establish and enforce standardized data definitions, metrics, and collection methods • Maintain data hygiene, integrity, and validation processes • Perform reasonable employment tasks assigned by a leader

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering • Healthcare IT, Software, or SaaS experience preferred • Hands-on experience building central enterprise dashboards, data models, and database pipelines • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related technical field required • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, database design, and ETL/pipelining concepts • Advanced expertise in modern BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Ability to translate complex datasets into business-oriented recommendations and clear executive narratives • Experience integrating data from Zendesk, Smartsheet, CRM/HubSpot, Jira, and ERP/financial software • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships • Strong organizational, timeline, and problem-solving skills • High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy
