📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of litigated and contested foreclosure cases • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and affidavits under attorney direction • Monitor and track court-imposed deadlines • Prepare case files, gather supporting documentation, and assist with trial preparation or hearings • Coordinate electronic and physical court filings • Communicate with clients regarding status updates, inquiries, and escalations • Collaborate with Managers, Supervisors, Specialists, and attorneys to ensure workflow and case progression • Ensure compliance with court rules, client guidelines, and regulatory requirements • Generate case status reports and other documentation for attorneys and management • Identify workflow improvements and recommend process enhancements • Assist in training new team members

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure litigation, contested matters, or a related legal field • Strong understanding of foreclosure litigation processes and legal terminology • Familiarity with court rules and procedures for multiple jurisdictions • Knowledge of state-specific foreclosure requirements and regulations • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and case management systems • Ability to draft and file legal documents accurately and promptly • Ability to manage multiple contested cases simultaneously and meet critical deadlines • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and team members • Ability to identify issues and escalate them to attorneys or management as necessary • Prolonged time sitting at a desk typing, using, and looking at a computer
