📋 Description

• Shape the Professional Services organization and contribute to processes and procedures • Build challenging Stories and workflows for customers • Scope automation Stories and workflows based on customer requirements and identify blockers and research areas • Analyze customer tools, processes, and pain points to guide automation roadmaps • Identify suitable and unsuitable use cases for automation workflows • Work with Project and Engagement Managers to validate services, project plans, and timelines • Demonstrate Stories and workflows, including live wire-framing with customers • Design and develop Automation Stories and workflows in customer Tines tenants using APIs • Partner with customers to validate requirements and provide test-plan guidance • Review and optimize customer Stories and workflows • Deliver documented, production-ready Stories and enable customers to maintain them long-term • Act as a resident automation engineer supporting customer automation roadmaps and goals • Advocate for Professional Services capabilities with Sales teams • Collaborate with Engagement Management, Customer Success, Project Management, Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Labs teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivering Professional Services and implementing SOAR platforms or similar automation solutions • Strong customer-facing skills and experience in a consultancy role • Experience interpreting and applying API documentation • Experience with API authentication methods including OAuth2 and JWT • Experience using and troubleshooting APIs to connect to security and/or IT tools • General understanding of LLMs, agents, and automation models, including capabilities, limitations, and prompt design • Ability to craft and refine prompts for reliable, accurate outputs • Proficiency translating platform capabilities into customer-specific use cases and advising on AI-driven versus deterministic workflows • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
