📋 Description

• Support one of Tint’s largest and most operationally complex embedded-insurance product programs • Work with a Staff Product Manager, engineers, operations, data, and partner-facing teammates • Coordinate with external vendors, embedded-platform partners, and their customers • Monitor product data for volume, gaps, anomalies, and emerging issues • Maintain accurate source-of-truth documentation and reconcile records with agreed decisions • Keep internal and customer-facing changelogs current after releases • Intake, reproduce, clarify, and track operational bug reports and UI feedback • QA engineering work against acceptance criteria before release • Maintain ticket hygiene, project status, and surface stale or blocked work • Investigate logs, dashboards, and observability tooling such as Datadog • Escalate blocked issues to the Staff Product Manager and close the loop with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Evidence of having worked somewhere with real stakes and standards, such as a substantive internship, first job with ownership, support, QA, ops, coordination, or analytics experience • Curiosity and ability to investigate discrepancies, ask clarifying questions, and escalate appropriately • Ability to understand workflows end to end and identify edge cases • Ability to determine requirements, stakeholders, and completion criteria independently • Comfort with technical systems, dashboards, specifications, logs, and communicating issues to engineers; coding and a technical degree are not required • Precise, concise written documentation skills • Dependability and ability to follow through on commitments • Insurance or another regulated-domain exposure is a bonus • Hands-on experience with Datadog or similar observability tools is a bonus • QA or testing experience is a bonus • Familiarity with Linear, Jira, or similar issue trackers is a bonus • Experience with recurring external-system data feeds is a bonus • Must be able to work in the United States and preferably not require current or future employer sponsorship or STEM OPT participation to maintain US work authorization • Ability to travel for in-person collaboration roughly once per quarter
