📋 Description

• Oversee ways of working via task management software and productivity tools, driving accountability cross-channel for project delivery • Partner with Client delivery teams and Clients on process development • Own roadmaps and workback schedules for tech-stack onboarding, planning cycles, and key initiatives • Handle meeting scheduling, note-taking, meeting recaps, third-party vendor coordination, team hub and process documentation, and new member onboarding • Guide the building of cross-functional decks and occasionally support presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of project management experience, preferably at a digital agency • Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Wrike, and Asana • Proficient in productivity tools including MS Office and Google Workspace • Exemplary organization skills with the ability to drive and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Strong oral and written communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders across disciplines and leadership levels • Detail-oriented and methodical, with the ability to adapt to changing scope, deadlines, and priorities
