📋 Description

• Plan and improve full-funnel TV, video, audio, and display programs to grow new customers, revenue, and LTV while maintaining efficiency • Translate data and media learnings into clear decisions and run practical innovations • Use Bliss Point insights, including Forecasting, Always-On Incrementality, Brand Equity, Creative Insights, and Customer Insights, to focus investment • Partner with Client Leadership, Media Investment, Econometrics, Creative, Search, Social, and Commerce/Retail Media teams • Turn business goals into TVAD plans across awareness, consideration, and performance channels • Lead day-to-day client strategy and execution • Present growth-focused updates and QBRs connecting media to revenue, CAC, LTV, and incremental reach • Connect TVAD with Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative • Use DSP goal strategies, pacing, frequency, brand safety, and verification capabilities responsibly • Pilot, measure, and scale platform and media innovations • Apply Bliss Point insights to shape budgets and innovation, and provide structured feedback to improve tools • Design valid TVAD tests, define success thresholds, maintain read cadence, and forecast impact and risk • Explain and advocate for Tinuiti’s measurement and attribution framework to internal and external senior stakeholders • Explain model caveats when recommending changes and support data/operations health • Reduce recurring waste such as unmanaged frequency, low-quality inventory, and overlap • Help the Pod adopt better ways of working • Track KPIs for growth, quality, innovation, product/AI adoption, and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years managing TV/video/audio/display at scale, including CTV/OTT, linear, online video, digital audio/podcasts, and programmatic display, with end-to-end ownership; or 5–7 years in analytical roles such as finance/consulting with strong media analytics exposure • Familiarity with DSPs/ad platforms, verification/IVT/viewability, audience/data usage, and frequency management • Comfortable coordinating with publishers/PMPs/partners • Experience with incrementality/lift and basic A/B tests • Forecasting ability • Ability to connect media to revenue, CAC, LTV, incremental reach, and attention • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills • SQL familiarity preferred • GA4 and platform analytics experience • Clean documentation and communication • Client-ready storytelling and clear expectation-setting • Ability to partner effectively with Econometrics, Creative, channel teams, and Client Leadership
