📋 Description

• Prepare timely and accurate commercial proposals and technical specifications for solar PV and battery energy storage system projects • Build commercial and technical evaluator relationships with clients and vendors • Prepare and deliver presentations at technical conferences and client meetings or sites • Track competitors, products, technologies, and industry trends; provide comparative analyses • Recommend and develop solutions, products, applications, and service features to drive business growth • Review brochures for technical accuracy and provide product and system feedback • Evaluate supplier proposals and determine technical and economical solutions • Develop pricing strategies and detailed cost elements to maximize project margins • Design technical approaches to resolve client issues • Define hardware and software requirements with clients and OEMs • Communicate project requirements to clients and internal engineering teams • Provide technical guidance for commercial proposal generation • Lead technical and commercial proposal development for small projects • Prepare proposals and technical specifications meeting client RFQ requirements • Collaborate with peers and cross-organizational teams • Comply with company policies, procedures, regulations, and laws

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent education and/or work experience • 2 years’ systems or application engineering experience in the PV industry or related industry power systems experience • Demonstrated success as contributing member in project team • Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts • Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills • Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
