📋 Description

• Manage the legal and procedural components of T-Mobile’s eDiscovery program • Manage legal holds, custodian interviews, and discovery strategy across litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters • Provide privilege guidance and legal-strategy direction on managed document review • Train reviewers and provide legal sign-off on privilege logs and redactions • Support discovery motion practice • Represent eDiscovery in meet-and-confer conferences and negotiations with opposing counsel • Engage and direct outside counsel on eDiscovery matters • Advise internal stakeholders on procedural and evidentiary eDiscovery issues • Collaborate with Legal Operations and Project Management on discovery execution • Maintain defensibility documentation • Provide legal input on operational and technology projects affecting discovery

🎯 Requirements

• JD • 2–4 years of experience • Preferred: 5+ years practicing law, with at least 3 years focused on eDiscovery, litigation, arbitration, or regulatory matters • Experience managing discovery strategy and execution, including legal holds, collections, and productions • 2–4 years providing legal direction to managed document review teams or outside counsel vendors • 2–4 years of in-house and/or top law firm experience in a corporate legal environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States
