📋 Description

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement for accounts with 1–9 employees • Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance • Present solution features, benefits, and ROI • Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility • Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions • Support sales efforts and address technical inquiries • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management • Travel within the assigned territory as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles • Professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment • Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred) • Communication • Customer Needs Identification • Product Knowledge • Project Management • Business Sales • Solution Consultation • Technical Demonstrations • Technical Presentations • Technical Training • Wireless Networks • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to travel 25-50% of the time
