TNG Consulting is a risk-management and compliance consulting firm that specializes in improving safety and reducing discrimination, harm, and legal risk across higher education, K-12 schools, and workplaces. For over 25 years it has offered expert services including Title IX and Title VI compliance support, external civil-rights investigations, behavioral intervention and threat assessment, interim administrative staffing (e. g. , Title IX coordinators, hearing officers), expert witnesses/hearing advisors, and training and certification programs through affiliated associations (ATIXA and NABITA). Their services focus on policy development, investigations, case management (The FAIR Center), training, and systems-level prevention strategies for schools, campuses, and organizations.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts following contract execution • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction, discuss upcoming needs, and strengthen relationships • Coordinate scheduling of consulting engagements, trainings, and contracted services with internal departments • Ensure client requests are communicated accurately and completed in a timely manner • Recommend process improvements that enhance the overall client experience • Coordinate renewal planning with Business Development well in advance of contract expiration • Assess current client service programs and suggest ways to streamline them • Communicate proactively with clients regarding available services and upcoming utilization opportunities • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ needs • Track client usage of available services and work with clients to schedule services • Maintain knowledge of TNG services and regularly promote available products and services • Identify opportunities for additional support and collaborate with Business Development when appropriate • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in account management, client support, or a related field • Associate degree and/or progress towards a Bachelor’s degree • Confident, proficient use of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Proficiency with Zoom • Ability to rapidly learn new software systems • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with executive-level clients • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Willingness and ability to work occasional nights and weekends to meet company demands • Reliable internet access and virtual collaboration tools • Preferred: completion of a Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: experience with Sugar CRM
