📋 Description

• Work closely with engineering and product leads to identify high-impact opportunities • Plan, scope, and prototype solutions from design to rollout • Consider each feature as a whole across the technology stack • Make technical decisions and recommendations foundational to the retail platform • Gather direct customer feedback and monitor industry trends • Visit stores and talk directly with operators to understand workflows • Deploy AI-native experiences powered by Toast IQ

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience building and shipping production software to customers • Experience with Java, Kotlin, or other object oriented programming languages • Growth mindset with emphasis on learning and self/team-improvement • Respectful, empathetic, and humble • Passionate about making users happy and seeing people use the product • Startup mindset and comfort with ambiguity • Flexibility using different tech stacks and languages • Comfortable with testing methodologies and frameworks
