• Develop a strategic territory plan by identifying and meeting with prospective agents • Drive additional business through agency visits, social events, trade shows, and correspondence • Meet or exceed sales goals for existing and new business • Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned agent accounts • Monitor competitor and industry trends • Collaborate with internal resources for training or educational events • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations
• At least two years of sales experience, crop insurance experience preferred • Exceptional communicator with the ability to facilitate cross-functionally • Knowledge of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to the Company’s business • Required to travel outside normal work location, travel is up to 75% • Ability to work independently and achieve organizational goals
