📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for Too Good To Go users • Answer user inquiries through email and chat • Handle priority situations with care • Collaborate with the wider Customer Experience team to resolve user issues • Act as a brand ambassador in user communications • Communicate users’ needs and motivations to local and global internal teams • Use the knowledge base and CX communication channels to provide accurate responses

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in a Customer Service-related role • Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English • Ability to commit to 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours according to business needs • Experience working with targets and KPIs • Team-oriented, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution abilities • Detail-oriented and able to stay focused through repetitive tasks • Experience with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP is nice-to-have • Must reside in Texas • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
