📋 Description

• Respond to event inquiries that are received via web and phone (25%) • Identify prospects’ needs and buying motives, and offer guidance on what Topgolf products will help the prospect achieve their goals (10%) • Upsell event enhancement products and services to create an amazing event experience (10%) • Deliver excellent service through prompt, thorough and friendly interactions with all guests (10%) • Meet or exceed call minimums and sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis (10%) • Work efficiently within a fast-paced team environment while maintaining excellent product knowledge across all venues nationwide (15%) • Collaborate to find efficiencies, implement best practices, and work cross functionally to define and execute on all Topgolf goals (5%) • Work closely and communicate at a high level with all venue sales teams; establish great working relationships and work as one-team (15%)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sports Marketing, Hospitality preferred (equivalent years of experience acceptable) - Preferred • 6+ months of Event Sales Office experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focused - Required • Ability to communicate effectively with new guests, repeat guests, co-workers and management • Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word and CRM Applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to excel and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives • Motivated and driven individual who can positively work with others to achieve all goals • Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week
