📋 Description

• Protect and build upon existing business positions • Drive new business opportunities aligned with TOPPAN’s current platform capabilities and opportunities beyond current capabilities • Develop key relationships cross-functionally and at multiple levels across the customer’s organization and within TOPPAN • Deliver a high level of service and develop a deep understanding of customers’ business needs and strategies • Understand the customer’s market and competitive set • Develop an understanding of TOPPAN’s competitors • Lead and manage day-to-day account activities to deliver a superior customer experience • Prepare and execute customer account strategies • Provide strategic leadership to develop relationships, drive profitable growth, and deliver superior customer value • Maintain compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws • Perform other similar and related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing negotiations in large, complex accounts • Expert-level leadership skills, including demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously • Strong business acumen and business strategy • High level of creativity and agility • Effective cross-functional team leadership and influencing ability • Ability to execute customer account strategies • Working knowledge of and full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws • Must be located in the East Coast Area
