📋 Description

• Process entry-level queues for automated identity verification failures, including government ID unreadability, selfie mismatches, 2FA, and email/phone verification errors • Review and validate baseline registration data and standard identity/tax documentation • Ensure application completeness and pass verified accounts forward in the onboarding funnel • Identify out-of-scope document issues, suspicious indicators, and elevated risk signals • Formulate case notes and escalate complex profiles to Senior/Lead Analysts • Maintain precise, compliant documentation for Quality Assurance audits and regulatory requirements • Track anomaly trends and provide feedback on routine friction points and recurring system errors

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of direct experience in digital customer operations, data verification, KYC/AML operations, or back-office compliance processing • Familiarity with web-based operational tools and identity verification interfaces such as Persona, Jumio, Veriff, or Onfido • Foundational understanding of digital document checking • Ability to consistently follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment • Basic understanding of digital onboarding principles, standard KYC/CIP requirements, and data privacy best practices • Exceptional visual and analytical attention to detail; ability to identify discrepancies in documents, biometric outputs, or registration data • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to accurately document case notes, summarize issues for escalation, and collaborate within a remote team environment
