📋 Description

• Oversee a specific Towne Park district and its financial, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction, and business development performance • Work with the Vice President of Operations/Regional Director to incorporate corporate initiatives and company culture into district operations • Maintain knowledge of operational requirements and business reporting procedures • Ensure district compliance with company policies, procedures, reporting, contractual obligations, and legal obligations • Direct and evaluate Account Managers and district support staff • Assign and train managers in contract-site operations • Drive business metrics and performance measurements • Assess work processes for functionality and efficiency • Conduct weekly district staff meetings and other meetings as needed • Ensure accurate forecasting and monthly reporting to corporate accounting • Coach managers to improve site performance and meet client and company expectations • Collaborate with Sales to identify, pursue, and secure business development opportunities • Monitor staffing and scheduling progress at district sites • Analyze labor trends and staffing levels with the Manager of Talent Operations • Partner with the Talent Team on recruitment initiatives • Participate in recruiting and developing management talent for growth and succession planning • Develop, manage, and control department budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university • Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and client relations • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and various technology applications • Written and verbal communication skills • Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion • Ability to represent the company effectively with an understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications • Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications • Ability to travel up to 50% • Must reside in Palm Springs or San Diego area
