📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to build strategic hiring plans for salaried and field executive roles • Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and market mapping • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer negotiation and close • Research market trends, competitor talent landscapes, and compensation benchmarks • Advise hiring managers on competitive offers and available talent • Deliver a high-touch, confidential, and consultative candidate and stakeholder experience • Partner with and mentor Recruiters and Sourcers • Track and report salaried and executive recruiting metrics • Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment law and Towne policy

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruiting for salaried, exempt-level or executive roles • Experience ideally within hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate or another multi-site service industry • Experience building strategic hiring plans and executive-level sourcing strategies in partnership with senior business leaders strongly preferred • Advanced sourcing and market-mapping skills • Boolean and X-ray search, market mapping and competitive intelligence • Ability to build and present strategic hiring plans • Strong compensation acumen and ability to benchmark offers against market data • Executive-level communication, negotiation and consultative skills • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and executive search databases • Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements, including EEO, ADA and FLSA • Must be located in the Central or West region • Travel of up to 20% may be required • Ability to meet stated physical requirements, including sitting or standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
