📋 Description

• Source candidates and support screening as a junior full-cycle recruiter • Coordinate interviews across multiple open roles and maintain a professional, timely candidate experience • Build targeted candidate pipelines using established searches, Boolean strings, and sourcing strategies • Learn ideal candidate profiles and identify and flag high-potential candidates • Manage and refresh job postings across recruiting platforms • Maintain accurate candidate records in Ashby, including stages, sources, and key information • Communicate interview details, status updates, and next steps to candidates • Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management, including sourcing activity, candidate flow, interviews, offers, and start dates • Initiate background checks and ensure required pre-employment documentation is completed • Partner with Recruiters to understand pipeline needs and adjust sourcing priorities • Own recurring recruiting projects and processes while learning company systems and hiring standards • Report to the Head of People

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR/People support • Experience using an ATS (Ashby or similar) to manage candidate records and pipeline stages • Basic sourcing experience, or strong aptitude for learning sourcing techniques (Boolean strings, job boards) • Excellent organization and time management — able to coordinate scheduling and priorities across multiple open positions simultaneously • Strong attention to detail, balancing speed, volume, and quality • Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable handling confidential candidate information • Experience with specialty recruiting, Engineering or Clinical or GTM (nice to have) • Experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing platforms (nice to have) • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment (nice to have) • Experience coordinating background checks or other pre-employment screening (nice to have) • Experience supporting recruiting events or job fairs (nice to have) • Authorization to work for any employer in the US without restriction • No visa sponsorship requirement now or in the future
