The organization travels to register voters, knock on doors, and win elections, with the mission of recruiting as many Precinct Chairs as possible. They aim to build grassroots support and encourage young people to become active participants in the political movement.

📋 Description

• Communicate daily with the Ballot Chase Manager • Build inter-community relationships • Encourage people to send in their ballots • Build a community network system • Identify and monitor low-propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory • Work with the Ballot Chase Manager to reach goals, foster community relationships, and track data daily

🎯 Requirements

• Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive, including Google Docs and Sheets • Knowledge and demonstrated competence with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram • Willingness to fulfill all listed duties and additional assigned duties • Passion for conservative politics • Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work • Positive attitude • Strong work ethic and goal orientation • Self-starter and self-motivated • Punctuality and responsiveness • Ethical and responsible behavior • Innovative nature and desire to try new things • Must reside within three miles of the ZIP code on the job posting • Experience in grassroots organizing • Team management experience • Valid driver's license • Reliable mode of transportation • Proof of insurance when applicable • Must pass a background check
