📋 Description

• Act as a key contact for internal customers, providing information on the complete service cycle from sale to service delivery • Contact internal sales and service teams to complete requests • Coordinate requests between Key Accounts and local Trane sales offices, including franchisees • Maintain necessary paperwork to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner • Keep internal process documents up to date and aligned with external changes • Streamline processes and documentation • Fulfill team metrics and provide account-level reporting • Support Salesforce CRM and organize internal experts to deliver a top-tier customer experience • Potentially support outside sales processes with opportunity deliverables, market intelligence, and current customer contact • Potentially support special projects involving complex agreements, external coordination, and service organization process/tool development

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience OR a degree in a related field • Exceptional customer service skills • Experience working in high-pressure situations • Ability to work outside of established processes • Ability to multi-task • Ability to stay focused and complete tasks within established guidelines • Understanding of the service cycle and supporting metrics
