📋 Description

• Work with Account Executives and Sales team members to identify prospects’ pain points, challenges, and business objectives • Work with Customer Success Managers and Client Experience team members to identify customers’ pain points, challenges, and business objectives • Analyze prospect and customer needs technically, align them with best practices, and determine the best-fit product offering • Articulate and position Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions • Demonstrate Connected Workplace solutions based on prospect and customer needs and objectives • Configure the application to suit prospect and customer needs and goals • Develop expertise in Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions and the ServiceNow platform • Assist with quotes and scope-of-work documents • Track product enhancements and their applications to industry challenges • Share product and industry insights with peers, colleagues, and partners • Support technical and functional responses to Requests for Information, Qualification, and Proposal • Support Proof of Concept and Proof of Value initiatives • Support marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including tradeshows, webinars, conferences, executive briefings, and industry events • Provide product expertise and field insights to Marketing, Product, and Innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience • 2+ years of experience in facilities management, asset management, IWMS, EAM, CAFM, or CMMS software; or 2+ years of experience in presales and multiple years of experience in an industry of focus for Nuvolo • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to discuss complex solutions and explain them in an easy-to-understand way • Critical thinking abilities • Experience as a Consultant or working for a software provider preferred
