📋 Description

• Serve as the Pillar Lead for training development within the JTMS program • Shape and deliver comprehensive training solutions aligned with program objectives and stakeholder needs • Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs supporting JTMS mission-critical functions • Ensure training content is technically accurate and aligned with current and future operational requirements • Architect training solutions defining learning objectives and outcomes • Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to create scalable, accessible, engaging learning experiences • Manage the team of instructional designers • Oversee training materials throughout their lifecycle, from concept and curriculum design through deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement • Manage in-person, virtual, and blended training delivery models • Ensure compliance with security and quality standards • Provide technical guidance to trainers and learners • Strategically plan for training needs, identify gaps, and align initiatives with organizational goals • Report to the CACI JTMS Training Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required • 10+ years designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs at scale, ideally in a government multi-site environment • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles • Experience with ADDIE or SAM models • Ability to create engaging, learner-centered content • Ability to accurately scope and plan a development effort • Understanding of and experience working within an Agile framework • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as SAP WalkMe and Captivate • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in transportation and warehouse domains • Ability to measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback surveys, and performance metrics • Proven cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams, department heads, and subject matter experts • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines • Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt communication style to the audience • Coaching and mentoring ability • Up to 10% local travel; minimum 10% travel is required
