📋 Description

• Provide remote support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and investigation of Trane Digital Systems • Support Upper Midwest Regions Digital and Controls offerings • Support commissioning, programming, graphics updates, communications links, end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of digital agreement clients • Document digital analytics, validate sequences of operations, and perform associated support functions • Service products and equipment on assigned projects while identifying, diagnosing, and remotely resolving equipment and systems issues at client locations • Coordinate with the team leader and customer to understand requirements for remote services and repairs • Examine building layouts, forecast issues, gather analytics, and synchronize required on-site work • Maintain current knowledge of Trane products, including installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems • Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions • Maintain customer focus, flexibility, and team effort

🎯 Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required • Typically requires at least 7 years of experience in HVAC/Controls • BAS (building automation) 5-7 years experience preferred • Strong operating knowledge of Microsoft office software • Working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad) • Previous experience with DDC controls system preferred • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM local time • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays • Safety Sensitive role; may require passing additional drug screening
