📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and digital assets across the Adobe Commerce ecommerce platform • Monitor site functionality and coordinate fixes with developers • Ensure accurate inventory tracking, SKU management, and categorization • Upload product images, videos, and copy while ensuring SEO best practices • Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal merchandising updates • Optimize product pages for usability, conversion, and search visibility • Oversee order flow from purchase through fulfillment and troubleshoot issues • Coordinate with purchasing regarding pricing and inventory discrepancies • Support customer service teams with product- or order-related escalations • Identify revenue growth and process improvement opportunities through data analysis • Support digital marketing initiatives, including edits and new communications page creation • Manage onsite SEO elements, including meta descriptions, tags, and product keywords • Assist in onboarding new tools and technologies to enhance ecommerce operations • Model the company’s values to influence others to perform in an aligned manner • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, IT, or related field (preferred) • 2+ years of ecommerce or digital operations experience • Familiarity with ecommerce and CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Wordpress, etc.) • Strong understanding of SEO, digital merchandising, and conversion optimization • Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable analyzing data • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, operations, IT, customer service) • Ecommerce platform administration • Product data management • SEO and digital assets optimization • Analytics and reporting • Project management • Problem-solving and troubleshooting • Basic HTML/CSS (nice to have) • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, with reasonable accommodation where applicable • Verification of identity and employment eligibility • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements
