📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, project meetings, issue resolution, and ongoing support • Serve as the primary client contact for implementation projects • Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for small to mid-sized clients • Ensure successful delivery against project timelines and objectives • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate implementation requirements • Monitor post-launch activities and ensure operational processes are delivered accurately and efficiently • Execute client reporting, contract administration, quarterly business reviews, and process documentation • Develop client-facing training presentations and implementation guides • Leverage CRM and reporting tools to analyze operational performance • Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts and support territory expansion • Deliver actionable insights that enhance client success and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years work experience in client management, project management or similar • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to engage stakeholders, analyze customer needs, and build trusted partnerships • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate ambiguity • Flexible and adaptable working style • Ability to collaborate across time zones • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed • Experience within the insurance industry, preferably focused on Cyber Insurance, Data Breach, or Personal Cyber solutions • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer support or sponsorship now or in the future • Bilingual Spanish language skills are a plus
